The plan focuses in the area of the beach, an artificial saltwater lagoon, parallel to the natural beach of about 1.3 km. in length by an average of 60 m. wide, eight buildings of type "candle" (stepped pyramid-shaped), three buildings typology "mast" (14-storey vertical) and three buildings of type "spring" (staggered over 6 floors).
