First home building project developed in 2.5 ha in the highlands of Tenglo sector in the city of Puerto Montt, facing the Pacific Ocean. The Master Plan includes 2 buildings, with a total of 239 apartments. The buildings are located recognizing the physical characteristics of the place and are willing to maximize sunlight and views to the ocean. The project also has a club house, heated pool and gym.
