For first home building project developed in 7.2 ha in the area of San Pedro de la Paz in the city of Concepción facing the Pacific Ocean. The Master Plan includes 4 buildings which make up a total of 1029 apartments. The buildings are arranged around an artificial lagoon with crystalline waters of 8,000 m2 and a hub of activities and amenities: Club house, heated pool, gym, outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts and multi-pitch.
