The remodeling of the Monumental Stadium of Colo Colo has been based on the analysis of the
existing conditions and the new requirements of the Club, focused to the improvement of the accesses and uses in general, and to the generation of a strong and memorable corporative image, by means of new architectonic elements. In the inner areas were remodeled the public bathrooms, offices of administration, dressing rooms, casinos, boxes, houses radio broadcast booths, and the Museum.
In the outer areas were remodeled the accesses by means of a new system of buffers and addresses for the smooth displacement of great masses of spectators. Also a general plan of pavements has been developed, fences and landscaping, based on the
premise to emphasize the presence of the stadium towards the street.
In the area of bleachers and playing field, a new protective crystal barrier has been designed, new individual seats in bleachers, and a new electronic board.
