Concept proposal for a 20.700 sqft site. The project's objective was to host 4 different families in independent houses. Three of them would be on the ground floor with a large backyard and pool, and the fourth would occupy the penthouse with a roof terrace and pool. The main concept was to generate a building that would look as if it was an individual house but it would really be four different houses together. This is obtained by dividing the site in three similar parts for the ground floor houses were their second story would overlook their backyards and don't invade the privacy of their neighbours. Every house has similar sqft and number of rooms except for the penthouse which is larger. They share an underground parking garage with two different entrances.
