From the urban point of view, our buildings are conceived to articulate an important crossroad of Phnom Penh and overhang the city skyline as a conspicuous structures, pure geometrical forms that will distinguish the Olympic Area as an important part of the city and that will last in the mind of the observer.
The project conform a great U shaped space, opening themselves to the city and the roundabout of Neang Hin. The buildings sourround an artificial lagoon that will introduce water in the heart of the city, creating a completely new landscape.
This huge water space is surrounded by a Residential Building at the East side, an Offices Building at the West side, and a Commercial Building that closes the space towards the south and southwest sides.
In the perimeter of the lagoon, at the ground floor level, the residential common areas, office buildings entrances, a grand boulevard of commercial areas, entertainment areas, restaurants, boat houses are developed, and also a pedestrian alley that relates to the complex to the city.
