A building meant for the Central Identification Services of Kuwait. It consists of three main blocks:
A. The Customer Service Building, which includes two basements for parking and general systems, a double- and triple height ground floor and two
mezzanines.
B. A five-storey Office Building, and
C. Computer Center, built in two basements underneath building
D. The whole is completed with alarge public parking lot, monumental arches leading to the Customer Service Offices, plus landscape and garden works. The structure is concrete, covered in prefab concrete.
