Ten level building shaped like a sail. Built in reinforced concrete and painted in a sand-like color, with a total of 60 apartment units. The design has a relation with the old naval images of sailboats and ocean liners. The configuration of the building allows all the units to take advantage of the ocean's view and the maximum amount of sunlight, but at the same time shelter with its wings a pool and beach zone. The staggering of the levels also allows for bigger terraces for all units.
