A commercial, five-storey building. The basement houses the storage area and general systems. The ground floor houses the Prisunic shopping mall and hypermarket. The second floor houses the Printemps store; the third contains the Al-Ahlia administration’s offices. Finally, the upper floor houses a small, covered fun fair. Vertical movement is realized through escalators. The structure is made of concrete; the exterior finish is made of prefab concrete tiles. The upper floor uses an anodized aluminium parasol. The Complex is completed with a large, garden-like parking lot.
