A town designed to serve as home to 1.500 single staff employees from Abu Dhabi Airport. It includes a 31.000 m2 built surface area of low-cost housing blocks, as well as 14.000m2 worth of community and commercial facilities, plus 9.000 m2 worth of covered and open-air sports areas, gardens, pedestrian and regular streets, parking areas, bus stops, etcetera. The housing blocks are arranged by zones where in employees from the same department are located; every block has shared recreational areas. The town can grow in modular fashion, there by maintaining the features of the whole.
